Of course brown bears can cause damage to bee hives and solutions do exist (e.g., electric fences but this can mean increased costs); first steps of any dialogue towards solutions is listening and learning. "We are born with two ears and one mouth so we should be listening at least twice as much as talking" when meeting with key interest groups.

Beautiful sights exist in the forest such as these orchids but people have expressed fear of being in the woods if wolves are present; a person's fear is real and one of the challenges is getting people to enjoy the beauty of the Norwegian forest without being afraid of wolves possibly in the same forest as attacks by wolves on people are incredibly rare.
